Confirm quotation before expiry date
Each quotation has deadline (default duration is one week).
If a customer does not reply to the quotation, the person who sent quotation should send email to the customer to confirm the order.
This email is NOT automated email.
Send email to the customer with the following contents.
English:
Dear customer
Thank you for your inquiry to our services project name. Your quotation expires date and we are appreciated if you can give us your feed back for this quotation. Please feel free to ask us if any questions.
Japanese:
お客様へ
この度はプロジェクト名お見積のご依頼をいただきありがとうございます。お客様のお見積の有効期限が日付に迫ってまいりました。ご検討の結果をお知らせいただければ幸いです。 またお見積に関してご質問等ございましたらお気軽にお問い合わせください。
引き続きよろしくお願い申し上げます。
